Breathtaking dining room with 2 (two) eleven
foot dining tables for total seating up to 28 people, beautiful
wood ceilings and doug fir beams, and a spectacular window
wall that makes your indoor dining experience one with the
outdoors.
Outstanding chef's kitchen that the cooks in
the family will never want to leave. Fully equipped including
a 60” Wolf dual fuel range, 60” kohler pro sink, two dishwashers,
a built in Miele coffee system, microwave, 28 cubic foot
refrigerator, two under counter beverage refrigerators,
two more prep sinks, a complete island with 5 bar stools
so that the cook has company, a full breakfast bar that
seats an additional 8 people, and a beautiful window nook
looking over the Mahoosuc mountain range for you and your
friends to enjoy their morning coffee and newspaper.
Amazing recreation room with one glass wall that
provides fabulous views of Sunday River. The rec room is
equipped with an 8 foot ponderosa pine pool table, a reclaimed
teak game table, spectator stools, cue rack, custom made
window seat, birch and live edge entertainment center and
wall unit, huge LCD TV with surround sound and a second
wall mounted, smaller sports TV, built in kitchenette area
featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave,
Wii Game console, games, Guitar Hero and Rock
Band provided.

Fully equipped office with computer, networked
color laser printer, wired and wireless high-speed internet,
fax machine.
Three laundry rooms with full sized, extra large
capacity washers and dryers.
Complete mud-room with ski pegs, boot warmer,
cubby’s for hats, mittens, shoes, and a full dog shower
for your family pet or a place to rinse off your cooler
or gear after hiking and biking and enjoying the great outdoors!
Two family suite bedrooms on the first floor
with private bathrooms, one with fireplace, private deck
access, custom showers (one with steam), Jacuzzis, and beautiful
décor (king beds, sleep sofas, sleeping platforms).
Four additional Master Suites with private
bathrooms, (one with a fireplace) three with king beds and
one with two sets of pyramid bunks.

Each bedroom has a TV entertainment system which plays
DVD’s, music, and serves as a computer with full internet
access.
Separate Climate Control in each bedroom.
Powder rooms off the great room and rec room
allow for total privacy in your personal bathrooms. The
main powder room features the neo-rest toilet with heated
seat, automatic flush and seat closing (a great feature
in the winter!)

automatic safety cover. Radiant heat in the pool deck to
